Products are held in stock and consigned direct to your customers from our warehousing facilities.

The Customer Care team’s highly trained staff will handle all aspects of your customer order not just to the point of delivery but also provide a help desk service handling any enquiries relating to use of your product by customers who may be having difficulty operating or setting up your product.

In addition the Customer Care team is able to handle the significant logistical burden of returned /damaged or faulty products.
